I’m really pleased and excited to announce our keynote speaker for the Annual PracticalESG Conference – themed “Shelter from the Storm.”
Ken Pucker is very well known in sustainability, investment, academic and business circles. He is on the board of multiple companies, schools and environmental organizations and has been a long time advisor to Berkshire Partners (an investment firm). Ken is also a professor at The Fletcher School at Tufts University where he lectures on sustainability in business.
What sets Ken apart from many sustainability advocates and leaders is the depth of his traditional business experience. He may be most well-known for his 15-year tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Timberland (the shoe and clothing company), but he also worked at Goldman Sachs and at The Brooking Institute in international macroeconomics.
Ken will talk about practical business and operational realities of ESG/sustainability in the current unprecedented environment of regulatory growth, politics and economic turmoil that are making life difficult for ESG professionals at the moment. He might throw in a few things you haven’t heard or thought of before, so you really won’t want to miss this!
