Keeping you in-the-know on environmental, social and governance developments

To begin today – happy Cinco de Mayo! This is a big deal here in Texas and with the fifth falling on a Friday, there will be lots of parties. For those not familiar with the origin of the celebration, May 5 commemorates the anniversary of Mexico’s victory over the Second French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862, led by General Ignacio Zaragoza. The victory over the French army was a morale boost for the Mexicans and remains a celebration of Mexican heritage and culture.

Yesterday (which was May the Fourth for you Star Wars fans) for something a little different, we posted a two part survey on our new LinkedIn showcase page. I thought it would be interesting to reach out and hear what you are wrestling with in your ESG roles on a daily basis.

We had to split the survey into two parts due to limitations in LinkedIn. Take a few seconds to look at both (Survey 1 and Survey 2) and give us your feedback. Not only will you be able to see results from others (and maybe commiserate), but we might also use the information in guiding some of our content.
