Our latest podcast is now live. We spend a few minutes with Miranda Williams, who is an anti-racism educator, speaker, trainer, and workshop facilitator with a wealth of experience leading and providing consulting services on global DEI programs and initiatives. In 2019, she founded Black Girls Love History focusing on history education and exploration from an Africana lens, and youth mentoring.

Miranda and I talk about the importance of DEI education in the workplace and beyond. We discuss:

  • the current state of DEI education in corporate spaces and what is fueling the shifts;
  • popular DEI training topics and what important topics are often left out of DEI training; and
  • the role of DEI education outside of the workplace for youth and how it can make an impact in their lives.

If you are interested in using training as part of your corporate DEI strategy, you need to listen to this podcast.
