  • The CSRD is the EU’s new sustainability disclosure law. This year the CSRD been finalized and the accopanying ESRS have been published. Our checklist walks through the law’s double materiality standard as well as a detailed analysis of scoping requirements.
  • The CS3D (previously known as the CSDD or CSDDD) is the EU’s developing supply chain due diligence directive. The CS3D got a major overhaul by European Parliament this summer which altered scoping requirements as well as other major elements of the legislation.
